About Paulina's Pastries

Hey everyone! I'm Paulina - the owner and pastry chef behind Paulina's Pastries. My journey in the world of pastry and baking began in high school. The kitchen was where you would find me experimenting with new recipes and ingredients, and enjoying every minute of it! What started as an after-school hobby turned into a passion. I graduated from Johnson & Wales University as a Pastry Chef. Shortly thereafter, I started Paulina's Pastries.

Creating custom cakes, cookies, pastries, and baked goods brings me joy! Everything I've made and will make will always be baked with love and sprinkled with happiness!
